Ed Atkins, whose work has long been built around technological surrogates, turns to analogue here — a major new moving-image piece shown with photographs, sculptures and frottages. Together they form a visual allegory of the family. He looks away from the alienation of the virtual and toward the sentimental logic of the camera.
